We are looking for a motivated and student-friendly Student Advisor to guide students in selecting suitable courses and educational programs. The candidate will be responsible for handling enquiries, counselling students and parents, following up with prospective students, and supporting the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle student enquiries through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Provide information about courses, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
- Counsel students and parents to help them choose suitable courses based on their interests and career goals.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain student records, lead details, and follow-up updates in the CRM or ERP system.
- Achieve admission targets and maintain regular communication with prospective students.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Prepare daily activity reports and update the reporting manager on progress.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
