Accounts Manager / Finance Head – Hotel & Hospitality Group

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager / Finance Head with 20+ years of strong hands-on experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably from the Hotel, Hospitality, Restaurant, F&B;, Retail or promoter-driven/group business environment.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end accounting, financial finalisation, taxation, statutory compliance, MIS, budgeting, cash flow, audit and management reporting, with excellent stability in previous organizations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Finance & Accounts operations for the organization and group entities.
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing and finalisation.
- Prepare and review P&L;, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, Cash Flow and MIS reports.
- Prepare company/group-wise and outlet-wise financial reports, wherever applicable.
- Monitor daily cash flow, bank balances, collections and payments.
- Handle bank reconciliation, debtor/creditor reconciliation and inter-company transactions.
- Monitor F&B; / hotel purchases, inventory, consumption, stock reconciliation and variance.
- Review food and beverage costing, wastage and profitability, wherever applicable.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with internal, statutory and tax auditors and ensure timely closure of audit requirements.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, cash-flow projections and variance analysis.
- Manage working capital, fund requirements and banking activities.
- Support import/export accounting and documentation, wherever applicable.
- Monitor accounts of multiple group companies/business verticals and ensure proper inter-company reconciliation.




- Prepare financial reports and presentations for MD / Promoters / Management.
- Ensure proper accounting controls, SOPs and internal financial controls.
- Lead, guide and review the Accounts & Finance team.
- Identify financial risks, control leakages and improve accounting processes.
- Ensure timely statutory filings and compliance across applicable entities.

Mandatory Requirements

- 20+ years of overall Finance & Accounts experience
- Strong end-to-end accounting and financial finalisation experience
- Minimum 4+ years' continuous experience in at least one organization
- Strong career stability is highly preferred
- Experience handling senior management / promoters / business owners
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, audit and statutory compliance
- Strong experience in MIS, budgeting, cash flow and financial analysis
- Experience handling multiple entities / group companies will be an advantage
- Strong knowledge of Tally / ERP / Excel / accounting systems
- Excellent analytical, communication and team-management skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked in family-oriented or promoter-driven businesses and understand the practical requirements of managing finance across hotels, restaurants, F&B;, retail and related group businesses.

Candidates with frequent job changes / short tenures may not be preferred, as long-term stability is important for this position.
