Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly connected B2B Sales Channel Partner who:

· Has an existing network of retailers, distributors, beauty stores, pharmacies, lifestyle stores, and gift shops.

· Has experience selling FMCG, skincare, cosmetics, wellness, or beauty products.

· Can open new distribution channels and generate bulk orders.

· Understands retail margins, distributor relationships, and B2B sales cycles.

· Can independently drive business growth and partnerships.

Key ResponsibilitiesRetail & Distribution Expansion

· Introduce Bluve products to retail stores and distributors.

· Secure shelf space in beauty, wellness, cosmetic, and lifestyle outlets.

· Build long-term relationships with retailers and wholesalers.

· Expand market presence across cities and regions.

Corporate Gifting Sales

· Generate bulk orders from corporate companies.

· Build relationships with HR, procurement, and administration departments.

· Promote customized gifting solutions for employees and clients.

· Identify festive and seasonal gifting opportunities.

Wedding & Event Gifting

· Connect with wedding planners, event organizers,



and luxury gifting agencies.

· Generate bulk skincare gifting orders for weddings and celebrations.

· Promote customized packaging and gifting solutions.

Strategic Partnerships

· Develop partnerships with salons, spas, wellness centers, and beauty clinics.

· Explore reseller and channel partner opportunities.

· Identify new B2B sales channels and growth opportunities.

Ideal Candidate ProfilePreferred Experience

· 5+ years in B2B sales, distribution, channel sales, or wholesale business.

· Experience in skincare, cosmetics, FMCG, wellness, gifting, or retail sectors.

· Existing network of retailers, distributors, corporate buyers, event planners, or gifting agencies.

· Proven track record of generating bulk orders and distribution partnerships.

Key Skills

· Robust relationship-building abilities.

· Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

· Self-driven and target-oriented.

· Deep understanding of distribution and retail ecosystems.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
