Job Responsibilities

- Design and analyze structural works for NHAI road projects.
- Prepare structural drawings, design calculations, and specifications.
- Review structural drawings and ensure compliance with project standards.
- Coordinate with architects, site engineers, Subcontractors, and site teams.
- Supervise structural construction activities and site execution.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve structural issues.
- Check quality of materials and structural workmanship.
- Review shop drawings, method statements, and technical documents.
- Provide technical guidance to site engineers and construction teams.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and safety requirements.
- Ensure structural works are completed as per approved drawings and schedule.

Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in structural engineering - NHAI Projects.
- Strong knowledge of RCC Retaining wall, Bridges, Box Culverts, Steel structures, foundations, and structural detailing.
- Experience in road, bridge,



building, and infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and structural design software such as STAAD.Pro / ETABS.
- Positive knowledge of relevant IS Codes and construction standards.
- Strong site supervision and problem-solving skills.
- Good coordination, communication, and team-management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and technical documents.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
