Description

Ø Supervise activity related to unloading of Stores material

Ø Material to be received and issued to plan as per their requirement.

Ø Ensure minimum wastage in material handling.

Ø Ensure the material should be issued against proper requisition.

Ø Ensure proper physical verification on regular basis to avoid stock discrepancy

Ø System posting for Material receipt and issue.

Ø To ensure that material should be checked immediately by QC after receiving of material.

Ø Ensure to cross verify the Gate Inward entry vs System Entry.

Ø Transaction of inventory and WIP must be reported to accounts department.

Ø Develop tools for the identification of material received – like sticker etc.





Ø To ensure that material reach to the shop floor within the given time, so that production will not hamper.

Ø Traceability of material to be improved.

Ø Immediate report to insurance department if any Transit material gets damaged.

Ø Knowledge related to ISO audits system is Mandatory

Ø Knowledge related to Safety is Mandatory.

Ø Also Maintain FIFO.
