Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Design Engineer with 6–10 years of experience in Capital Equipment and SPM design. The candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Creo and AutoCAD, along with proven experience in team handling and design project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of Capital Equipment, SPMs, and industrial machinery.
- Prepare detailed 3D models, assemblies, and 2D manufacturing drawings using Creo and AutoCAD.
- Handle complete design activities from concept development to final manufacturing drawings.
- Review designs for functionality, manufacturability, accuracy, and cost optimization.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Electrical, and Project teams for smooth execution.
- Review and approve drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation.
- Troubleshoot design-related issues during fabrication,



assembly, and commissioning.
- Lead and mentor junior design engineers and allocate work within the design team.

Required Skills

- 6–10 years of relevant experience in Capital Equipment / SPM / Industrial Machinery design.
- Strong hands-on experience in Creo and AutoCAD.
- Positive knowledge of machine design, fabrication, mechanisms, assemblies, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience in preparing BOMs, GA drawings, detail drawings, and assembly drawings.
- Strong problem-solving and design development skills.
- Proven team handling / team leadership experience.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Profile

Candidates from Capital Equipment, SPM, Automation Machinery, Industrial Equipment, Machine Building, or similar manufacturing industries will be preferred.

Location: Chakan and Nigadi, Pune
