Job Responsibilities / मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ

- Customers की queries, complaints और service requests को professionally handle करना।
- Phone, WhatsApp, Email एवं other communication channels पर customer से बात करना।
- Customer complaints को CRM/system में properly register एवं update करना।
- Service team, technicians और service centres के साथ coordination करना।
- Customer complaints का timely follow-up एवं closure सुनिश्चित करना।
- Product information, warranty और service-related queries का सही जवाब देना।
- Pending complaints की daily follow-up list maintain करना।
- Customer feedback collect करना और management को report करना।
- Repeated complaints एवं major customer issues को Supervisor/Manager को escalate करना।
- Daily/weekly Customer Complaint & Service MIS तैयार करना।
- Customer satisfaction improve करने के लिए suggestions देना।





Candidate Profile / उम्मीदवार की योग्यता

- Graduate / Diploma preferred।
- 1–3 years experience in Customer Service, CRM, Telecalling, Consumer Durables या similar industry preferred।
- Excellent Hindi & English communication skills।
- Good listening एवं customer handling skills।
- MS Excel और basic computer/CRM software का knowledge।
- Problem-solving एवं follow-up skills।
- Patient, polite और customer-focused personality।
- Domestic Appliances / Electronics / Consumer Durables industry experience को preference।
