Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Executive to join our HR team. The primary responsibility of this role will be recruitment and staffing for our restaurant outlets. Candidates with prior experience in the Hospitality/Restaurant industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various hospitality positions, from sourcing to joining.
- Source candidates through job portals, references, social media, walk-ins, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate F2F, telephonic, and video interviews with candidates and management.
- Manage bulk hiring and ensure positions are closed within the required timelines.
- Maintain a database of candidates and regularly update recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate candidate documentation and joining formalities.
- Follow up with selected candidates until their date of joining.
- Coordinate with Outlet Managers and Area Managers regarding manpower requirements.
- Prepare and share recruitment status reports and hiring updates.
- Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
- Handle basic HR administrative activities as required.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of hospitality/restaurant recruitment.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and bulk hiring.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic HR documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
Eligibility
- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of HR recruitment experience.
- Hospitality/Restaurant industry experience is mandatory/preferred.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
