​Experience Required: 1 – 6 Years in Manpower, Security Staffing, or Facility Management Sales

​Roles & Responsibilities:

​Identify and acquire new corporate, industrial, and commercial clients for manpower staffing and security guarding contracts across Delhi NCR.

​Conduct direct on-ground visits, arrange high-level B2B meetings with HR heads, Admin heads, and Facility Directors.





​Prepare competitive commercial quotations, deliver client pitches, negotiate pricing, and close long-term service contracts.

​Manage end-to-end client onboarding and maintain key account relationships for repeat business and retention.

​Track market intelligence, competitor pricing, and emerging corporate staffing requirements.

​Requirements & Qualifications:

​Prior sales or business development experience in Manpower Supply, Security Guarding, or Facility Management is strictly preferred.

​Strong networking, communication, presentation, and contract closing skills.

​Thorough geographical understanding of corporate and industrial clusters across Delhi, Noida, and Gurugram.

​Must possess own conveyance for daily on-ground corporate visits and client meetings.
