Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Production Operators for its manufacturing operations in Chennai. Candidates with 10th, 12th, Diploma, or Any Degree qualification and an age between 18–30 years are eligible to apply.

Job Details

- Salary / CTC: ₹21,142 per month
- Take-home Salary: ₹17,600 per month
- Working Hours: 8 hours per day
- Shift: 3-shift rotational work
- Age Limit: 18–30 years

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and handle production equipment and machinery according to company procedures.
- Perform production activities as per assigned work instructions.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure defect-free production.
- Follow safety rules, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the assigned work area.
- Support the production team in achieving daily production targets.
- Report machine, material, and quality-related issues to the supervisor.




- Maintain discipline and punctuality during working hours and shifts.
