Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads for construction projects.
- Explain company services, construction packages, pricing, and project details to customers.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain customer and lead information in Excel/CRM.
- Schedule meetings or site visits for interested customers.
- Coordinate with the sales and project teams regarding customer requirements.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, Inside Sales Executive, or similar role.
- Experience in the construction, real estate, building materials, or related industry is preferred.
- Positive communication skills in English and Telugu/Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of construction or real estate is an advantage.
- Basic computer and MS Excel skills.
