About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, organized and people-oriented HR & Operations professional to manage and support the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance and payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee engagement, performance management and exit formalities.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills, a practical understanding of HR processes and labour compliance, and the ability to independently manage day-to-day HR operations in a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening and interview scheduling.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and close open positions.
- Conduct preliminary candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
- Conduct reference/background checks wherever required.
- Prepare and coordinate issuance of offer letters, appointment letters and other joining documentation.
- Facilitate smooth joining, induction and orientation of new employees.
- Ensure timely completion of joining formalities and HRMS registration.
2. Employee Records & HR Documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRMS and physical files.
- Maintain employee personal, employment, attendance, leave and statutory records.
- Prepare and manage HR documents including appointment letters, confirmation letters, promotion letters, transfer letters, warning letters and other employee communications.
- Ensure proper documentation of all HR transactions and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
3. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, late coming, absence and other attendance-related matters.
- Collect, verify and process monthly attendance and payroll inputs.
- Coordinate with Finance/Payroll Vendor for accurate and timely salary processing.
- Track salary revisions, incentives, deductions, advances and other payroll-related inputs.
- Resolve employee queries related to attendance, leave and payroll in coordination with the concerned departments.
4. Employee Engagement & Welfare
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations and team-building initiatives.
- Support employee welfare initiatives and maintain a positive workplace environment.
- Address employee concerns and grievances professionally and confidentially.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures and workplace matters.
- Promote a professional, collaborative and positive organizational culture.
5. HR Compliance & Policies
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements and company HR policies.
- Maintain and coordinate statutory records relating to PF, ESI, gratuity, qualified tax, labour welfare and other applicable requirements.
- Coordinate with external consultants/agencies for statutory compliance wherever required.
- Support statutory and internal HR audits.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, implementing and updating HR policies, procedures and employee guidelines.
- Ensure proper implementation of company rules, HR policies and disciplinary procedures.
6. Performance Management & Training
- Support the annual/periodic performance appraisal process.
- Coordinate performance review documentation and follow up with managers and employees.
- Maintain performance-related records and reports.
- Identify training requirements in coordination with department heads.
- Coordinate employee training, induction and development programs.
- Assist management in implementing performance improvement initiatives.
7. Exit & Full-and-Final Settlement
- Manage employee resignation and separation processes.
- Conduct exit interviews and document employee feedback.
- Coordinate clearance and handover formalities with concerned departments.
- Coordinate with Finance for full-and-final settlement.
- Ensure timely issuance of relieving letters, experience certificates and other exit documentation.
- Update HRMS and employee records following separation.
8. HR Operations & Administration
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and provide administrative support to management.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS and dashboards as required.
- Maintain HR calendars,
employee databases and important HR documentation.
- Assist management in manpower planning and organizational requirements.
- Ensure timely communication of HR policies, announcements and organizational updates.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information at all times.
Additional Skills – Preferred
A positive knack for social media, communication and basic graphic designing will be an added advantage.
Candidates having working knowledge of:
- Canva
- Adobe Photoshop
- Social media platforms and basic content creation
- Employee communication/poster design
will be preferred, particularly for supporting internal communication, employee engagement activities and company branding initiatives.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and employee relationship management skills.
- Sound understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Working knowledge of HRMS and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Good understanding of attendance, leave and payroll processes.
- Basic knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Positive attitude, maturity and a problem-solving approach.
Educational Qualification
Minimum: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources / HR & Operations / Finance / Marketing or an equivalent qualification.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR, HR Operations, Administration or a similar role.
Candidates with experience in IT, System Integration, Infrastructure, Engineering, Contracting or other project-based organizations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
