We are looking for an experienced GeM Tender Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in handling Government Tenders across India through GeM, NProcure, CPP Portal and other Government E-Tendering Portals.

Key Responsibilities

- Search, identify and evaluate Government Tenders across India.
- Handle complete tender processes from searching, documentation, bid preparation and submission to finalization.
- Experience in all types of Manpower Outsourcing, Security Services, Housekeeping Services, Operation & Maintenance (O&M;), Nursing & Paramedical Services tenders.
- Prepare Technical Bids, Financial Bids and required tender documentation.
- Handle GeM Portal, NProcure, CPPP and other State/Central Government Tender Portals.




- Manage tender queries, clarifications, representations, reverse auctions and bid follow-ups.
- Ensure timely submission of bids and compliance with tender terms and conditions.
- Coordinate with Government Departments and internal teams for tender-related activities.
- Maintain tender records, documentation and bid status reports.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of relevant Government Tendering experience.
- Robust knowledge of GeM, NProcure, CPPP and other E-Tendering Portals.
- Experience in PAN India Government Tender participation.
- Good knowledge of tender documentation, eligibility criteria and bidding procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and online tender submission.
- Good communication skills in Hindi, English and Gujarati.
- Ability to work independently and meet tender submission deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
