About Zorba Estates

Zorba Estates is a Bengaluru-based real estate company providing qualified property solutions for buyers, sellers, property owners, investors, and businesses. We help clients with property discovery, marketing, coordination, and real estate transactions across residential and commercial properties.

We are looking for a motivated Team Lead – Commercial Real Estate to manage daily team activities, handle commercial property requirements, coordinate with clients and property owners, and support business growth. The candidate will guide team members, monitor follow-ups, and help convert enquiries into successful property transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Guide team members and coordinate daily commercial real estate activities.
- Understand client requirements for office spaces, retail outlets, warehouses, and other commercial properties.
- Identify suitable properties based on client needs, location, and budget.
- Coordinate with property owners, landlords, tenants, buyers, and business clients.
- Monitor leads, client follow-ups, site visits, and deal progress.
- Support the team in commercial property sales, leasing, and negotiations.




- Assist in sourcing and onboarding commercial properties.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners.
- Help the team achieve business targets and improve performance.
- Handle significant client enquiries and resolve issues when required.
- Provide regular updates to management on team activities and deal status.

Skills Required

- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Strong client-handling and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of commercial real estate sales and leasing.
- Ability to guide team members and manage multiple enquiries.
- Good coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Target-oriented approach with a focus on business growth.
- Knowledge of the Bengaluru commercial property market is an advantage.
