Production Operator / Machine Operator

1. Job Purpose / पद का उद्देश्य

Production Operator / Machine Operator का मुख्य कार्य motor manufacturing, motor assembly और mixer/grinder assembly line पर production activities को सुरक्षित, efficiently और निर्धारित quality standards के अनुसार पूरा करना है।

कर्मचारी को production line, machine operation, coiling, winding, component fitting, motor assembly, testing और final assembly जैसे कार्य करने होंगे।

2. Key Responsibilities / मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ

A. Production Line Operator / Assembly Line Operator

Production line पर निर्धारित work instructions और SOP के अनुसार काम करना।

Motor एवं mixer/grinder के components को सही sequence में assemble करना।

Rotor, stator, bearing, fan, wire, terminal, housing आदि components की assembly करना।

Assembly के दौरान सही fitting, tightening और component placement सुनिश्चित करना।

Daily production target को निर्धारित समय में पूरा करना।

Production line पर smooth flow बनाए रखना और line stoppage की सूचना Supervisor को देना।

B. Motor Manufacturing / Motor Assembly

Motor के विभिन्न components की assembly एवं fitting करना।

Stator, rotor, bearing, fan, terminal तथा अन्य electrical/mechanical parts की fitting करना।

Motor assembly के दौरान drawing, sample और work instruction के अनुसार काम करना।

Motor की visual inspection एवं basic functional checking करना।

Defective या abnormal component मिलने पर तुरंत Supervisor/Quality team को inform करना।

C. Coiling / Winding Machine Operator

Coiling/Winding Machine को operate करना।

निर्धारित specification के अनुसार copper wire winding/coiling करना।

Wire size, turns, tension एवं winding pattern की basic checking करना।

Machine की basic setting एवं operating parameters को SOP के अनुसार maintain करना।

Winding के बाद coil की visual inspection करना।

Wire breakage,



improper winding या machine abnormality होने पर तुरंत reporting करना।

D. Vending / Component Feeding / Machine Operation

Production machine में required components/material को सही तरीके से feed/load करना।

Machine cycle को monitor करना और output की basic quality check करना।

Machine में abnormal sound, vibration, overheating या malfunction दिखाई देने पर machine रोककर Supervisor को inform करना।

Machine area को clean एवं व्यवस्थित रखना।

E. Mixer / Grinder Assembly

Mixer/Grinder के motor एवं body components की assembly करना।

Motor, fan, coupling, jar-related components, wiring एवं other parts की fitting करना।

Screws, nuts, terminals और other components को proper tightening के साथ fit करना।

Assembly के बाद visual, functional एवं basic electrical testing में support करना।

3. Quality Responsibilities / गुणवत्ता संबंधी जिम्मेदारियाँ

हर operation में Quality First principle follow करना।

Defective/rejected components को अलग रखना।

गलत assembly, loose fitting, wire damage, missing components आदि की पहचान करना।

First Piece / Sample Approval के अनुसार production करना।

Quality issue होने पर production को गलत तरीके से आगे नहीं बढ़ाना और तुरंत Supervisor/Quality Department को inform करना।

4. Safety Responsibilities / सुरक्षा संबंधी जिम्मेदारियाँ

सभी Safety Rules, PPE और SOP का पालन करना।

Machine operate करते समय safety guards को remove/bypass नहीं करना।

Safety shoes, gloves, mask, ear protection आदि PPE आवश्यकता अनुसार उपयोग करना।

Electrical/machinery related unsafe condition को तुरंत report करना।

Workplace में 5S – Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize & Sustain maintain करना।

Production & Documentation / उत्पादन एवं रिकॉर्ड

Daily production target achieve करने में support करना।

Production quantity और rejection/rework की basic recording करना।

Machine/line downtime की जानकारी Supervisor को देना।

Shift handover के समय pending work, machine condition और quality issues communicate करना।

6. Candidate Profile / उम्मीदवार की योग्यता

Education / शैक्षणिक योग्यता:

Minimum 8th / 10th / 12th Pass – role के अनुसार।

ITI / Technical qualification preferred for Machine Operator roles.

Experience / अनुभव:

Fresher candidates can be considered for Production/Assembly Operator positions.

1–3 years experience in motor manufacturing, electrical appliances, mixer/grinder, fan, pump or similar manufacturing industry will be preferred.

Coiling/Winding Machine experience will be an added advantage.

Skills / आवश्यक कौशल:

Basic understanding of machine operation.

Production line और assembly process की समझ।

Basic knowledge of hand tools.

Quality एवं safety awareness.

Team में काम करने की क्षमता।

Production target के अनुसार काम करने की willingness.

Shift में काम करने की क्षमता।

8. Working Conditions / कार्य परिस्थितियाँ

Manufacturing/Production shop floor पर कार्य।

Standing job हो सकती है।

Rotational shift में काम करना पड़ सकता है।

Production target एवं takt time के अनुसार काम करना होगा।

Machine noise एवं shop-floor environment में काम करना पड़ सकता है।

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
