1. A Candidate should be well versed in handling Customers and handling their queries related to food products, flavors ,sizes and pricing.

2. Candidate should have good knowledge of Namkeen Products, bakery items and dry fruits.

3. Candidate should actively promote new products and reveal ongoing offers.

4. Achieve assigned daily/monthly sales target.

7. Maintain attractive product displays.

8. Ensure shelves and counters are properly stocked.

9. Follow FIFO/FEFO for applicable products.

10. Check product labels, prices and expiry dates regularly.

11. Immediately report damaged, leaking or expired products.

12.Maintain Store Hygiene, cleanliness of the sales counter and customer area, Ensure food products are handled hygienically.

Monitor quick-moving and slow-moving products.

15.Assist with stock counting and periodic inventory checks.

16.Handle Customer Complaints politely and resolve the issue

17.Escalate product quality, billing or service complaints to the Head

18. Maintain a professional attitude even during difficult customer interactions.

19. Support promotional activities and product launches, Assist with festive displays and special orders.

20.Support cake/sweet packing and customer orders when required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
