US IT Recruiter – 6months - 1 Years Experience
- Source and screen IT candidates for US-based contract and full time requirements.
- Work on US IT job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial screening and assess candidates against job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, submissions, and candidate documentation.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and meet daily/weekly sourcing and submission targets.
