About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented AI Video Creator & Video Editor who can create engaging AI-generated videos from concept to final delivery.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of AI video generation, character consistency, storytelling, video editing, content creation, and script writing. You will be responsible for creating both short-form and long-form videos, including videos that require consistent characters, locations, scenes, and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality AI-generated videos for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.

- Create long-form videos (10–30+ minutes) using multiple AI-generated scenes while maintaining character and visual consistency.

- Create engaging Shorts/Reels from concepts, scripts, or existing long-form content.

- Write and develop video scripts, dialogues, hooks, storylines, and scene descriptions.

- Research topics and develop interesting and audience-friendly content ideas.

- Convert scripts into detailed scene-by-scene AI video prompts.

- Generate AI images, videos, characters, backgrounds, voiceovers, and other visual assets.

- Maintain consistency in characters, clothing, locations, lighting, camera angles, and overall visual style.

- Edit AI-generated footage into polished final videos.

- Add voiceovers, background music, sound effects, subtitles, transitions, and other elements.

- Ensure proper pacing, storytelling, continuity, and viewer engagement.





- Create different versions/formats suitable for YouTube videos, Shorts, Reels, and social media.

- Keep up with new AI video-generation and editing tools and workflows.

- Work with the content/marketing team to develop new video concepts and improve content quality.

Required Knowledge & Skills

AI Video & Content Creation

- Strong understanding of AI video-generation tools.

- Experience with tools such as Google Veo/Flow, Kling, Runway, Hailuo, Pika, or similar AI platforms.

- Knowledge of image-to-video and text-to-video workflows.

- Understanding of character consistency and scene consistency.

- Ability to create effective AI prompts for different scenes and visual styles.

- Knowledge of AI voice generation and lip-sync tools is an advantage.

Video Editing

- Good command of CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.

- Ability to create professional transitions, subtitles, sound design, music synchronization, and pacing.

- Understanding of YouTube and social-media video formats.

- Basic knowledge of color correction and audio editing.

Content & Script Writing

- Strong storytelling ability.

- Ability to write engaging scripts and natural dialogues.

- Ability to create hooks and attention-grabbing openings.





- Positive understanding of scene structure and storytelling flow.

- Ability to convert an idea into a complete video script.

- Good grammar and communication skills in English.

- Hindi/Hinglish content-writing ability is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

- Has previously created AI-generated videos for YouTube or social media.

- Understands how to maintain the same character across multiple AI-generated scenes.

- Can independently take a concept from idea → research → script → AI generation → editing → final video.

- Has a creative eye and understands what makes a video visually engaging.

- Is comfortable experimenting with new AI tools.

- Has a portfolio or previous AI video work to showcase.

Education

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Film & Video Production, Graphic Design, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.

- However, education is not mandatory if the candidate has strong practical skills and a good portfolio.

Important Requirements

We are particularly interested in candidates who can create 30-minute long-form AI videos with consistent characters and environments, rather than only generating individual short AI clips.
