Production Engineer – Powder Coating

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing Engineering

Experience: 2–5 years in Powder Coating / Manufacturing / Surface Treatment

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day powder coating production and achieve production targets.
- Monitor pre-treatment, powder coating, curing, and finishing processes.
- Ensure proper process parameters, quality, and productivity.
- Identify and troubleshoot coating defects and reduce rejection/rework.
- Manage manpower and coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and PPC teams.
- Monitor powder consumption, material wastage, and machine downtime.
- Maintain production records, 5S, safety, and housekeeping standards.
- Implement Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.

Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of powder coating process and defects.
- Production planning and manpower handling.
- Basic knowledge of Quality tools, 5S, and Kaizen.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and team-handling skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
