? About the Role

Are you a DevOps & Cloud pro who loves building, automating, deploying, and breaking things just to fix them better? ?

Cybrom Academy is looking for a hands-on DevOps & Cloud Trainer who can turn beginners into job-ready tech professionals through real-world projects, practical labs, and industry-focused learning.

⚡ What You'll Do

- Deliver hands-on classroom training in DevOps and Cloud technologies.
- Build practical labs, assignments, projects, and real-world use cases.
- Train students in cloud infrastructure, deployment, automation, and troubleshooting.
- Design and upgrade course content, labs, and technical projects.
- Mentor students through projects, assessments, and mock interviews.
- Help students prepare for technical interviews and industry roles.
- Stay updated with the latest DevOps tools, cloud technologies, and industry practices.

?️ Your Tech Stack

☁️ Cloud Computing

- AWS / Azure / GCP
- EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, Lambda
- Cloud networking, security, monitoring, and deployment

? DevOps & CI/CD

- Git, GitHub, GitLab
- Linux Administration
- Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI
- Docker & Kubernetes
- Terraform / Infrastructure as Code
- Ansible

? Monitoring & Automation

- Prometheus & Grafana
- ELK Stack / AWS CloudWatch
- Shell Scripting
- Basic Python Scripting

You don't need to be an expert in every single tool, but strong practical DevOps and Cloud fundamentals are a must!

? What We're Looking For

- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps,



Cloud Engineering, SRE, or a related field.
- Robust practical knowledge of cloud platforms and DevOps tools.
- Real-world project or production experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners and advanced learners.
- A genuine passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping students grow.
- Comfortable conducting offline classroom sessions and practical labs.
- Good command of both English and Hindi.

Training experience is a plus. Practical expertise and a teaching mindset are what matter!

? Bonus Points If You Have

- AWS Solutions Architect / DevOps Engineer certifications
- Microsoft Azure certifications
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
- Terraform or other relevant DevOps certifications
