Hiring: Quantity Surveyor – Elavathil Constructions

Elavathil Constructions is looking for an experienced and dedicated Quantity Surveyor to join our team for ongoing construction projects across Kerala.

Job Details

- Position: Quantity Surveyor
- Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month
- Experience: Minimum 4 years
- Qualification: B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Job Locations: Kottayam, Alappuzha & Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Accommodation: Provided by the company
- Driving Licence: Valid two-wheeler driving licence are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates.
- Verify site measurements and maintain accurate measurement records.
- Prepare and check contractor bills, including RA bills and final bills.
- Monitor material consumption, project costs, and quantity variations.
- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers,



and clients.
- Assist in preparing tender estimates, rate analysis, and variation statements.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of bills for Kerala PWD and other government construction works.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying and civil construction.
- Solid knowledge of quantity estimation, billing, BOQ preparation, and measurement verification.
- Experience in government/PWD works will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD is preferred.
- Willingness to travel between project sites in the assigned locations.
