Hackademic Private Limited is a cybersecurity and IT training institute focused on providing practical, industry-oriented training in networking, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.

We are looking for a CCNA Trainer who can deliver engaging and practical networking training to students and aspiring IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver CCNA training covering networking fundamentals, IP addressing, subnetting, VLANs, routing, switching, and basic network security.
- Conduct practical and hands-on networking sessions.
- Use tools such as Cisco Packet Tracer, GNS3, or EVE-NG for lab demonstrations.
- Prepare presentations, assignments, quizzes, and practical exercises.
- Explain networking concepts in a easy and easy-to-understand manner.
- Guide students through networking projects and real-world scenarios.
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare students for the Cisco CCNA certification examination.
- Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and industry practices.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a CCNA/Networking Trainer or in a relevant networking role.
- Strong knowledge of CCNA and networking concepts.
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, OSI Model, subnetting,



VLANs, routing, switching, DHCP, DNS, NAT, and basic network security.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco networking devices or network simulation tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and practically.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- CCNA certification is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Networking, or a related field.
- Previous teaching/training experience is an advantage.
- Practical industry networking experience will be an added advantage.
