We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Sales & Marketing with robust exposure to the automotive and manufacturing industry.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Sales & Marketing, customer relationship management, business development, market analysis and new business acquisition, preferably within the automobile/automotive component industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day sales operations and customer-related activities.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and support business growth.
- Develop and implement market strategies to acquire new customers.
- Analyze trends in the Indian automobile market and global automotive industry.
- Monitor market developments and proactively identify potential business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Handle customer requirements, negotiations and commercial discussions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Support customer retention and repeat business.
- Prepare sales presentations, reports and business proposals.
- Negotiate effectively with customers and business partners.

- Strong knowledge of Sales & Marketing operations.

Required Qualification & Experience

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering – Mandatory.
- 10–15 years of overall experience preferred.
- Minimum 6–7 years of relevant Sales & Marketing experience.
- Prior experience in the automobile / automotive component industry preferred.
- Candidates must have previous experience in a manufacturing industry.
- Experience in B2B automotive sales/business development will be an advantage.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing professional who can manage existing customer relationships while actively developing new business opportunities and market growth.

The candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, analytical and relationship-management skills, along with a good understanding of the automotive manufacturing sector.
