About the Role

Network Binary is a growing IT training company, and we're looking for an organized, personable Sales

Coordinator to be the backbone of our sales operations. Working directly with the Sales Head and a small,

close-knit team, you'll keep proposals moving, clients informed, and schedules aligned. This is a startup

environment, so you'll wear a few hats and get exposure to the full sales cycle.

If you're detail-oriented, comfortable talking to people, and good with spreadsheets, this is a strong role to build

from.

What You'll Do

- Prepare proposals using existing templates: filling in client details, pricing, and course/training specifics

accurately and on time.

- Talk to clients to understand their training requirements, often acting as the first point of contact, and pass

those requirements clearly to the Sales Head and team.

- Coordinate schedules: align client meetings with the Sales Head's calendar and manage the logistics

around them (invites, reminders, follow-ups).

- Maintain the sales database:



keep client and lead information in our spreadsheet clean, current, and

organized.

- Support the sales team with day-to-day coordination, follow-ups, and keeping things from slipping through

the cracks.

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, customer service, or a similar client-facing

role.

- Excel proficiency: comfortable with formulas, sorting/filtering, and keeping structured data tidy.

- Strong written and verbal communication: you'll be client-facing.
- Organized and reliable: you can juggle proposals, schedules, and follow-ups without dropping any.
- A proactive, can-do attitude: startup pace means being resourceful and taking initiative.

Nice to Have

- Familiarity with scheduling tools (Google Calendar / Outlook).
- Interest in the IT / tech training space.
