Ghansoli
Manage procurement of electrical materials and equipment for 33 kV–220 kV substation projects.
Identify vendors, obtain quotations, negotiate price, payment, delivery, warranty, and commercial terms.
Finalize vendors and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per company procedures.
Follow up and expedite order confirmation, material readiness, inspection, dispatch, and delivery.
Coordinate GTPs, drawings, technical documents, inspections, and approvals with vendors and engineering teams.
Coordinate logistics for protected and timely material delivery to project sites.
Maintain vendor, quotation, PO, and delivery records.
Coordinate with Project, Engineering, QA/QC, Stores, and Site teams.
Conduct vendor/site visits as required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
