Job Description

We are hiring an experienced IT Technician for an opportunity in Oman. The ideal candidate should have relevant hands-on experience in IT support, troubleshooting, hardware/software maintenance, and network-related technical assistance.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, servers, and IT equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Provide technical support to users and employees.
- Troubleshoot basic network, connectivity, and system-related problems.
- Maintain IT equipment, systems, and related documentation.
- Perform regular system maintenance and updates.
- Ensure IT systems are operating efficiently and securely.

Requirements

- Experience: Relevant experience in the same field is mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of IT hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Candidates with relevant hands-on IT Technician experience will be preferred.
