At Brands2Be, we’re expanding our Performance Marketing team and looking for an experienced Performance Marketer with solid hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads and overall performance marketing.

We’re especially looking for candidates who have worked with Real Estate and Healthcare brands and have experience driving measurable business results through paid campaigns.

What You’ll Handle:

- Plan, execute and optimize Google & Meta Ads campaigns
- Manage Lead Generation & Sales campaigns with focus on CPL, CPA, ROAS and lead quality
- Handle Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube & Meta campaigns
- Work on audience/keyword strategy, retargeting and creative testing
- Analyze landing pages, funnels and CRO opportunities
- Manage GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel & conversion tracking
- Monitor performance, prepare reports and identify scaling opportunities
- Work with creative/content teams and manage multiple campaigns/accounts
- Explore AI tools and automation for smarter campaign optimization

What We’re Looking For

- 5–8+ years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience




- Strong Google Ads + Meta Ads expertise
- Experience with Lead Gen / Sales campaigns
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of GA4, GTM and conversion tracking
- Agency experience and Real Estate / Healthcare experience preferred
- Looker Studio, certifications and AI/automation knowledge are an advantage

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
