About The Murphy Studio

The Murphy Studio is a bespoke wedding invitation and stationery design studio creating personalized invitations, wedding stationery, illustrations, and design experiences for clients across India and internationally.

We are looking for a Client Success & Sales Executive who can build strong client relationships, understand their requirements, support sales conversions, and ensure a smooth and personalized experience throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage client and prospective client communication through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
- Understand client requirements, preferences, budgets, and wedding timelines.
- Respond to new inquiries and guide clients through our services and offerings.
- Follow up with prospective clients and support lead-to-client conversions.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, portfolios, and relevant information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Ensure timely communication and regular follow-ups throughout the client journey.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated.
- Follow up for approvals, content, payments, and other required information.
- Address client queries and coordinate internally to resolve concerns.
- Identify opportunities for additional products or services based on client requirements.
- Maintain client records, inquiry status, follow-ups, and basic sales reports.




- Support the team in maintaining a high-quality and personalized client experience.

What We're Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, customer success, sales, account management, hospitality, events, or business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Warm, confident, and professional approach to client interactions.
- Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable with sales conversations and converting genuine inquiries into clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
- Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets, email, and WhatsApp.
- Interest in weddings, design, fashion, luxury, or lifestyle is an advantage.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
