Job Summary

We are looking for a Cluster Head to support and coordinate operational activities across assigned healthcare centres in Dasarahalli, Bangalore. Candidates with experience in hospitals, clinics, or healthcare operations will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day operations across assigned centres.
- Monitor centre performance and ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate with doctors, front-office teams, nursing staff, and administrative teams.
- Support staff scheduling and daily workforce coordination.
- Monitor patient service standards and address operational concerns.
- Maintain operational records and prepare regular reports.
- Support achievement of centre-level operational and service objectives.
- Identify process gaps and coordinate with relevant teams for improvements.




- Ensure adherence to internal policies and operational procedures.
- Handle day-to-day issues and escalate matters when required.
- Maintain effective communication between management and centre teams.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in operations, administration, or a supervisory role.
- Hospital, clinic, or healthcare experience is preferred.
- Valuable communication and team coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Basic computer and reporting skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Candidates available to join at short notice are preferred.
