We're looking for Growth & Partnerships Interns to help us build our initial India, UK & US network.

- What you'll do: Research relevant communities on Reddit, Facebook, LinkedIn, Discord and other platforms
- Identify creators, influencers, coaches, therapists, wellness professionals and community owners
- Build qualified prospect lists
- Assist with personalised outreach and partnership conversations
- Explore influencer, community, referral and collaboration opportunities
- Help build Phoenix DNA's international distribution network




- We’re looking for strong internet research skills
- Valuable written communication
- Curious, proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
- Interest in startups, personal growth, psychology, wellness or productivity
- Comfortable working independently
- Prior sales/lead-generation experience is a plus, not required

This is not a mass-DM or spam role.

We focus on finding the right people and building genuine partnerships.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
