Role: Creative Director

Shift: 9 AM to 6 PM

About Role:

We are hiring a Creative Director to shape the brand's visual identity and lead how that identity comes to life on shoots. This role sits between creative vision and execution — defining what Ikoho should look and feel like across its visual touchpoints, and then personally driving shoots to make sure that vision is actually delivered.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Define and evolve the brand's visual and creative identity — the look, feel, and sensibility that should come through across shoots and campaigns
- Work on moodboards and creative concepts that reflect Ikoho's brand identity, working closely with the brand/marketing team
- Translate moodboards and concepts into concrete shoot plans — shot list, visual references, styling and set direction
- Art-direct shoots and video production on the ground, from setup through to final capture
- Brief and manage the on-set creative team for each shoot — photographers, videographers, stylists, and set/prop personnel
- Review raw and edited output against the original brief, flagging and correcting anything that's visually off




- Bring an eye for fashion and cultural relevance to keep Brand's creative direction fresh and distinctive
- Maintain a reference library of past shoots and visual treatments to keep execution consistent over time

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's or Master's degree from NIFT– Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, excluding internships
- Open to male or female candidates
- A solid sense of brand aesthetics and visual storytelling, not just shoot mechanics
- Proven ability to execute
- Able to run a shoot end-to-end and deliver output that matches the brief
- Comfortable directing and coordinating multiple people (photographers, stylists, videographers) on-set– A sharp eye for visual detail — composition, lighting, and styling

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
