Sales Executive – MP Ceramics World

Job Responsibilities:

* Attend customers and understand their requirements.

* Explain and suggest suitable tiles, sanitaryware, bathroom fittings and related products.

* Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.

* Handle sales enquiries and convert them into orders.

* Maintain good relationships with customers, dealers and shopkeepers.

* Coordinate with the billing, warehouse and delivery teams.

* Follow up on pending payments and orders when required.

* Maintain proper customer and sales records.

* Achieve monthly sales targets.

* Ensure good customer service and professional behaviour in the showroom.





* Handle company phone/SIM and customer calls properly during working hours.

Skills Required:

* Positive communication and convincing skills.

* Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.

* Basic computer knowledge.

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

* Ability to work with sales targets.

* Kannada and English communication preferred.

Salary: As per experience and interview performance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
