We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR & Recruitment Manager to build and manage a strong in-house team for our growing consumer electronics and accessories business.

The primary responsibility of this role will be end-to-end recruitment and team building. The candidate will identify the manpower requirements of different departments, source suitable candidates, conduct the initial screening and coordinate the complete hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for all departments.
- Understand the company’s manpower requirements and prepare suitable hiring plans.
- Identify, source and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, references and other channels.
- Build dedicated teams for areas such as Product Design, Graphic Design, Marketing, Content Creation, Digital Marketing, Sales, E-commerce and Operations.
- Support the development of a professional and productive in-house team culture.




- Monitor employee performance, attendance, discipline and basic HR-related matters.
- Handle employee grievances and support employee engagement activities.
- Experience recruiting for creative, product, marketing or e-commerce roles will be an advantage.

Requirements:

- Experience: 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable leadership and team-management abilities.
- Ability to handle recruitment and build a strong in-house team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)

- Master's (Required)
