Job Role : PLANT INCHARGE / SENIOR MANAGER

Industry: Veneer / Particle Wood Manufacturing
Location: Distt. Narsinghpur (M.P.)
Experience: 10–15 Years
Salary: ₹60,000–₹75,000 per month

About : We are looking for an experienced Plant Incharge / Senior Manager to manage and drive overall production operations in a Veneer/ Particle wood manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute overall production for veneer/plywood manufacturing.
- Manage production targets, productivity, yield and wastage.
- Supervise manpower and shift operations.
- Monitor peeling, veneer slicing, drying, glue preparation, pressing, trimming, sanding and finishing processes.
- Ensure machine utilization and coordinate preventive maintenance.
- Maintain quality standards and minimize rejection.
- Monitor raw material usage, process losses and production MIS.
- Ensure workplace safety, 5S and SOP compliance.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Stores and Dispatch teams.
- Lead and develop the production team.




- Implement process improvements and resolve operational issues. etc.

Skills / Requirements:

- B.Tech. / Diploma in Mechanical, Production or a related field.
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience specifically in Particle wood/veneer manufacturing (Mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of plywood/veneer production processes and machinery.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and team management skills.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.

Preferred:

- Immediate joiners and candidates with relevant experience in Particle wood / Veneer Industries will be preferred.
