- Manage and supervise the day-to-day activities of the floor and ensure smooth operations.
- Allocate duties and responsibilities to team members according to business requirements.
- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, discipline, productivity, and overall performance.
- Ensure that all employees follow company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Maintain high standards of work quality, efficiency, customer service, and professionalism.
- Monitor daily targets and operational performance and take corrective action where required.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Address employee concerns, operational issues, and conflicts in a skilled and timely manner.
- Train, guide, motivate, and support team members to improve their performance.
- Identify operational challenges and recommend practical solutions to the Directors.
- Ensure proper utilization of company resources and minimize wastage or operational losses.
- Maintain discipline and a positive, professional, and productive work environment.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly operational reports to the Directors as required.
- Communicate important instructions, updates,



and decisions from the Directors to the team and ensure proper implementation.
- Escalate critical operational, employee, customer, or compliance issues to the Directors promptly.
- Conduct regular floor inspections and ensure that required standards are consistently maintained.
- Assist the Directors in implementing new processes, policies, systems, and operational improvements.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding company information, employee matters, business decisions, and other sensitive information.
- Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the Directors from time to time.

Reporting & Accountability

The Floor Manager will report directly to the Directors and will be accountable for:

- Overall floor discipline and operational efficiency.
- Team productivity and performance.
- Implementation of company policies and management instructions.
- Timely reporting of operational matters.
- Employee coordination and supervision.
- Maintaining company standards and workplace discipline.
- Achievement of assigned operational targets.

Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month
