Job Title: Engineer / Sr. Engineer – Marketing

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. – Electrical

Experience: 3–5 years

Preferred Experience: Sales & Marketing of Medium Voltage Switchgear / Industrial Electrical Products

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary customer-facing representative for promoting Medium Voltage Switchgear and industrial electrical solutions within the assigned territory.
- Generate new business opportunities through interaction with end users, consultants, EPC contractors, OEMs, and channel partners.
- Identify recent enquiries and project specifications and develop business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical and commercial solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and channel partners across key industries and industrial clusters.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, order booking, and business growth objectives.




- Coordinate with the Head Office / Switchgear Division for technical support, proposal preparation, product selection, and order execution.
- Manage customer communication throughout the project lifecycle, including technical discussions, approvals, and delivery coordination.
- Support commercial closure activities, including payment collection, retention release, bank guarantees, statutory documentation, and account reconciliation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM updates, and periodic business reports.

Note: Candidates with 3–5 years of relevant Sales & Marketing experience can apply. Switchgear experience is mandatory.
