Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new sales leads and business opportunities.
- Contact potential customers through calls, visits, emails, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations when required.
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Follow up with customers regularly and ensure timely closure of sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.




- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
- Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and other sales events as required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also be considered.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
- Knowledge of the local market will be an added advantage.
