About the Job & Key Responsibilities
We are hiring 2 Project Coordinators to streamline trade order execution, monitor cross-departmental schedules, and ensure timely delivery of international export shipments.
- Coordinate between procurement, warehouse, shipping, and documentation teams for order execution.
- Track shipment milestones, port loading dates, customs clearances, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain operational status dashboards and report project risks to department heads.
- Communicate with domestic suppliers and foreign logistics partners to resolve delays.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Education:Graduation / Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or any field (Mandatory)
- Experience Level: Fresher/ Experienced
- Location Preference: Candidates residing in or willing to work on-site in Kolkata.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Official offer letter and corporate onboarding experience.
- Structured onboarding and ongoing training on international trade software.
- This salary is for probation period only (3 months), after which there will be a hike based on performance.
