Hiring: *Accountant Head*

Location: Indore

Experience: 10–15 Years

Preferred Industry: Hospital / Healthcare / NGO / Manufacturing

*Key Responsibilities*

* Manage overall accounting and finance operations.

* Handle Tally/ERP, GL, AP/AR, journal entries and bank reconciliation.

* Prepare MIS and financial reports.

* Handle donation receipts, funds, and related accounting activities with proper documentation.

* Ensure compliance with government regulations and legal requirements related to donations and financial activities.

* Verify bills, payments and financial records.

* Coordinate with auditors and manage the accounts team.

* Ensure accurate and timely accounting and reporting.

*Key Skills*

* Strong accounting & finance knowledge

* Hands-on experience with accounting software's

* Good communication and team-handling skills

* Robust attention to detail
