Position: Garment Merchandiser
Industry: Garment & Textile Industry
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Location: Kasna Site 5, Greater Noida

Job Responsibilities

- Manage the merchandising process from order confirmation to final dispatch.
- Coordinate with buyers, production, sampling, sourcing, and quality teams.
- Follow up on samples, approvals, production status, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and maintain Tech Packs, order sheets, T&A; (Time & Action) plans, and other merchandising documents.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure orders are completed within timelines.
- Monitor fabric, trims, accessories, and other raw material requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely material availability.
- Ensure products meet buyer specifications, quality standards, and approved samples.
- Track production progress and highlight delays or issues to the concerned teams.
- Coordinate with the quality team for inspections and resolve quality-related issues.
- Maintain proper records of orders, samples, approvals, and dispatches.
- Ensure timely shipment/dispatch as per customer requirements.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Garment & Textile Manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of garment merchandising processes.
- Knowledge of fabric, trims, accessories,



sampling, and production processes.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of T&A; planning, order tracking, and production monitoring.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience in garment/textile merchandising.
- Candidates with experience in apparel/garment manufacturing or export houses will be preferred.
- Should be organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple orders simultaneously.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
