Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented IT Sales Executive to promote and sell our Billing Software, POS Billing Solutions, Android Billing Applications, and Business Management Software to retail and business customers.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their business requirements, demonstrating our software solutions, following up with leads, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate current leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, field visits, referrals, and other channels.
- Identify potential customers who require Billing Software, POS Systems, Android Billing Apps, and business software solutions.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their business requirements.
- Conduct software/product demonstrations for customers.
- Explain software features, benefits, pricing, subscription plans, and implementation process.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert qualified leads into customers.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, demos, and sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Coordinate with the technical/support team for installation, onboarding, customization, and customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Visit local shops, retailers, distributors, supermarkets, textile shops, jewellery stores, restaurants, and other businesses when required.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate requirements to the management/product team.
- Prepare quotations and assist customers during the purchase and onboarding process.

Preferred Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and software applications.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and explain software solutions.
- Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to make sales calls and conduct field visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of CRM or lead management tools is an advantage.

Educational Qualification

- Any Bachelor's Degree / Diploma.
- Candidates from BBA, B.Com, BCA, MBA, IT, Computer Science, or related backgrounds are preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.

Experience

- 0–3 years of experience in IT Sales, Software Sales, SaaS Sales, POS Sales, ERP Sales, or Business Development.
- Freshers with a strong interest in software sales are welcome to apply.
