Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should understand content creation, social media trends, audience engagement, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage company profiles on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and manage monthly/weekly content calendars.
- Coordinate and create engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, carousels, and other social media content.
- Write compelling captions, hooks, CTAs, and promotional copy.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, formats, and social media trends.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, marketing teams, and other departments.
- Track social media performance using platform analytics and prepare regular reports.
- Analyze metrics such as reach, engagement, followers, impressions, clicks, and conversions.
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement and audience growth.
- Support paid social media campaigns when required.




- Maintain consistent brand voice, visual identity, and communication across platforms.
- Stay updated with changing social media algorithms, features, and trends.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms.
- Good communication and copywriting skills.
- Understanding of social media marketing and content strategy.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other content-design tools.
- Basic video/reel editing skills are preferred.
- Ability to understand social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Creativity and solid attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Experience managing business/brand social media accounts.
- Experience with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, CapCut, and scheduling platforms is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
