Admin Executive – Healthcare

Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and responsible Admin Executive to support the day-to-day administrative activities of our healthcare facility in Dasarahalli, Bangalore. Candidates with previous experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare environment will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle routine administrative activities and office coordination.
- Maintain records, documents, files, and other administrative information.
- Coordinate with different departments to support daily operations.
- Assist with staff-related administrative requirements.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment when required.
- Support scheduling, meetings, and internal communication.
- Prepare basic reports and maintain necessary documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers as required.




- Assist in resolving day-to-day administrative issues.
- Ensure office and administrative processes are followed properly.
- Support management with other routine administrative tasks.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in administration or office coordination.
- Hospital, clinic, or healthcare experience is preferred.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
- Responsible, professional, and detail-oriented approach.
- Candidates available to join at short notice are preferred.
