Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and configuring software solutions that support various stages of the product lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of cross-functional activities to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and project understanding.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team to optimize development processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Advanced Available to Promise.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries, A&D; Aftermarket.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and configuration management.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience in integrating SAP modules with other enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving software issues in a timely manner.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Advanced Available to Promise.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
