We are seeking a technically proficient and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Technical for the Financial Inclusion (FI) Banking vertical. The incumbent will be responsible for providing technical and operational support for banking-related platforms, coordinating with banks and technology partners, resolving technical issues, monitoring system performance, and ensuring the smooth delivery of banking services through designated channels.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Providing instant technical support to PSU Bank BCs.

• Troubleshooting banking application software-related issues.

• Supporting software installation, updates and smooth application functioning.

• RD Service installation, configuration and troubleshooting.

• Biometric device installation, MATM device installation , Passbook device installation, configuration and troubleshooting.

• Fingerprint ,biometric login-related issues.

• Device setup,



configuration and connectivity support.

• Resolving day-to-day technical challenges faced by BCs.

• Providing remote field-level support wherever required.

• Coordinating with the concerned technical,Bank,HO teams for unresolved issues.

• Maintaining proper tracking and follow-up of technical complaints,tickets.

• Ensuring minimum downtime of BC devices and banking applications.

• Supporting the FI team in resolving technical issues during daily operations and business activities.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in technical support, banking technology, IT operations, application support, or financial inclusion projects.

• Experience working with banking applications, digital banking platforms, payment systems, or Business Correspondent (BC) operations will be preferred.

• Prior experience coordinating with banks, technology vendors, and field operations teams is desirable.
