Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven PTP Manager with 15+ years of experience managing end-to-end Procure-to-Pay operations in a global workplace. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise across the entire PTP lifecycle, including Procurement, Vendor Master Data, Invoice Processing, Payments, Employee Expenses, T&E; Management, Audit & Compliance, Vendor Reconciliation, and Reporting.
The individual should have strong hands-on experience with SAP (ECC/S4HANA) and SAP Concur, along with demonstrated success in leading process transformation, automation,
standardization, migration, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires strategic leadership, stakeholder management, operational excellence, and the ability to drive digital transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End PTP Operations Management
• Own and manage the complete Procure-to-Pay process lifecycle.
• Ensure efficient processing of:
• Purchase Requisitions
• Purchase Orders
• Goods Receipt / Service Entry
• Invoice Processing
• Vendor Queries
• Supplier Statement Reconciliation
• Payment Processing
• Travel & Expense Management
• Vendor Master Data Management
• Drive adherence to SLAs, KPIs, controls, and compliance requirements.
• Lead month-end and year-end close activities related to PTP.
SAP & Concur Process Management
• Serve as the functional SME for SAP ECC/S4HANA and SAP Concur.
• Drive optimization of PTP pro
