THE PROSPECT – IT Support Specialist
In this role, you will be part of a high-performing team that shapes the future of Global IT Infrastructure and Support Operations. You will collaborate across teams, solve complex challenges, and contribute to delivering high-impact outcomes for internal stakeholders and our global user community, providing critical on-site support for the Bangalore office.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Deliver end-to-end helpdesk and desktop support across macOS, iOS, and Windows environments, including hardware/software troubleshooting, printer maintenance, and Zoom Room conference setups.

• Provision, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure, cloud applications (Google Workspace, Box, Zoom, Okta, Atlassian),



and virtual/physical Linux servers.

• Manage identity access (SSO), user account provisioning/deprovisioning, and administrative security workflows behind the enterprise firewall.

• Oversee asset lifecycle management, surplus inventory forecasting, IT procurement, vendor coordination, and helpdesk ticket resolutions.

• Support network operations (LAN/WAN, Wireless, Firewalls), server patching, vulnerability management, and virtual machine backup/recovery processes.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Must-Have Skills
• BE degree in Information Technology or equivalent field.

• 2+ years of desktop support experience supporting MacOS, Windows, iOS, MS Office, VPN, and remote access technologies.

• Proven experience managing IT helpdesk ticketing systems, asset management workflows, and IT vendor coordination.

• Demonstrated working knowledge of enterprise cloud and identity tools (Okta, Google Apps
