AI Governance Operations & Platform Lead

Role Purpose

The AI Governance Operations & Platform Lead is responsible for operationalizing EY's AI Governance framework across all AI and Generative AI solutions developed, deployed, or consumed within the organization. This role serves as the Product Owner and Operational Lead for the AI Governance platform, built on ServiceNow, ensuring governance requirements, risk assessments, controls, and compliance obligations are consistently implemented, monitored, and evidenced throughout the AI lifecycle.

The role acts as the critical bridge between business stakeholders, AI solution teams, risk and compliance functions,



and the global AI governance organization to translate governance requirements into scalable workflows, controls, and automation within the governance platform.
