Job Description

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.
• Support the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Prepare and manage HR-related documents, letters, and reports.
• Assist with attendance, leave, and payroll-related activities.
• Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and exit formalities.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated and followed.
• Assist with performance management and employee development activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.




• Support HR audits and ensure compliance with applicable company policies and regulations.
• Perform other HR-related tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
• Positive verbal and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Additional Information

• Knowledge of HR processes and employment practices.
• Experience with HRMS or other HR tools.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
