We are seeking an experienced Ketryx Implementation Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of technology implementation projects within regulated product development environments. In this fully remote contract role, you will oversee the complete implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering and project planning to configuration, integrations, testing, and post-launch support. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, and business teams to ensure solutions align with operational objectives and compliance standards. By managing project timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations, you will help drive smooth implementation and lasting user adoption. Accountabilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for Ketryx projects, covering project initiation, planning, requirements gathering, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource coordination to ensure implementations are completed on time and within the agreed scope.

• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements, translating stakeholder needs into actionable implementation plans and workflows.

• Coordinate Ketryx configuration, workflow design, system integrations, and data migration activities with relevant technical and business teams.

• Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests, proactively identifying obstacles and implementing mitigation strategies.
